Brown Sugar Cinnamon Ice Cream

This Brown Sugar Cinnamon Ice Cream is inspired by one of my favorite flavor combinations. Brown sugar brings a rich caramel-like sweetness, while cinnamon adds just the right amount of warmth and spice, creating an ice cream that tastes cozy and comforting in every bite. It's smooth, creamy, and simple enough to make any time of year, but especially perfect during the fall and holiday season. Whether you're serving it alongside a slice of pie, topping a warm cobbler, or enjoying a scoop straight from the freezer, this homemade ice cream is a delicious reminder that some of the best flavors are also the simplest.
