Brownie Pie
If you love brownies and pie, this Brownie Pie is the best of both worlds. It has a rich, fudgy brownie filling baked inside a flaky pie crust, creating a dessert that’s simple to make but incredibly indulgent. Brownie Pie Recipe

Yields 6-8 servings
Ingredients
Crust (Single 9-inch crust)
1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
1 ½ tsp granulated sugar
½ tsp salt
½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, cold and cubed
3–5 tbsp cold water
Filling
1/2 cup unsalted butter
2 oz. Unsweetened chocolate
1 cup white sugar
3 eggs
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
Instructions
1. Make the Pie Crust
In a food processor, combine the flour, sugar, and salt. Add cold, cubed butter and pulse until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Slowly add cold water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until the dough begins to clump together. Shape the dough into a disc, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
2. Prepare the Filling
Melt the butter and chocolate. In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and unsweetened chocolate together, stirring frequently until smooth. Remove from heat and allow the mixture to cool slightly.
Mix the batter. Stir the sugar into the melted chocolate mixture until well combined. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Add the dry ingredients. Stir in the flour and salt until just combined. Mix in the vanilla extract.
Fold in the mix-ins. Gently fold in the chocolate chips and chopped pecans. a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cream, salt and pepper. Stir in the cheese and bacon.
3. Assemble the pie
On a lightly floured surface, roll out the chilled dough into a 12-inch circle. Transfer to a 9-inch pie dish and gently press into place. Trim and crimp the edges. Pour the brownie batter into your prepared pie crust and spread evenly.
4. Bake the Pie
Bake at 350°F for 50 minutes or until the center is set and the crust is golden.
5. Cool and Serve
Allow the pie to cool completely on a wire rack before slicing.
