Monster Cookies

Monster Cookies

Yields 24-36 cookies (depending on size of balls)
Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup light brown sugar
½ cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 ½ cups all purpose flour
1 cup oats
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups m&ms
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
Instructions
1. Preheat Oven:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Make the Dough:
In a large bowl, cream together softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract. Gradually mix in flour, baking soda, and salt until fully combined. Add in peanut butter, oats and m&ms.
3. Bake:
Place dough balls on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them a few inches apart. Bake for 10–13 minutes, or until edges are golden and centers are just set.
5. Cool:
Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
