Chocolate Chip Banana Bread
Got a couple of overripe bananas? It's time to make this delicious banana bread! Few things are more comforting than the smell of banana bread baking in the oven while your family enjoys a slow Saturday morning. That’s exactly when I love to make it—still in my pajamas, sipping on a warm cup of coffee or tea. This bread is perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a cozy snack any time of day!
Who do I make this for?
I make this recipe for my dad, he is a BIG banana bread lover… however, when I make it for him, I generally swap the chocolate chips for some dried cranberry and add in some nuts… he prefers it this way.
