Vanilla Ice Cream
Vanilla ice cream is a true classic—and one of my all-time favorite warm-weather treats. It's simple, creamy, and endlessly versatile. Whether you're enjoying a scoop all on its own (which I often do!) or pairing it with a slice of warm pie, fudgy brownies, or a freshly baked cake, it never fails to satisfy.
What makes this recipe even more special is that it serves as the perfect base for endless ice cream creations. Want to add chocolate chips, crushed Oreos, or fresh strawberries? Go for it. Looking to change up the flavor entirely? Try steeping the cream in coffee beans for a bold twist or adding a touch of cocoa for a rich chocolate version. This vanilla base is like a blank canvas—ready to become whatever your dessert cravings call for.
